Last updated 1 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data TR Now collects when you visit trnow.eu, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Processing follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is the controller
TR Now is published by Mustafa Cetintas, who is the controller for data processed on trnow.eu. For any privacy matter, write to mail@trnow.eu.
What we process
You do not need an account to read the site. We still process the following:
- Technical visit data — IP address, browser type, operating system, time of access and which pages you open. This is logged by our hosting provider and by the analytics tools listed below.
- Data you provide — name, email address and message content if you use the contact form.
- Cookies — see the cookie policy for what is set and how to control it.
Why, and on what legal basis
Technical visit data is processed to deliver and secure the site, on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics and advertising that rely on cookies are processed only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time. Messages you send are processed so we can reply.
Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. The following processors and third parties are in use:
- Google Site Kit / Google Analytics — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdSense — https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- LiteSpeed Cache — https://www.litespeedtech.com/privacy-policy

Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the services above are operated by companies in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the applicable adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Technical logs are kept as long as needed for operation and security. Contact form messages are kept while the enquiry is open and deleted afterwards. Analytics data is retained for the period stated by the tool concerned.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to mail@trnow.eu and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you believe the processing breaches the rules, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en).
